Regional Sales Manager – New Delhi, India
Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for revenue generation in key segments including FMCG, pharmaceuticals, and agri-business. We seek a self-motivated creative individual who will display great initiative and independence, together with strong organizational, relationship building and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for selling Sproxil’s award-winning solutions in the Indian market. You will develop and maintain relationships with the target customers to drive the company's sales on a global basis. You will have complete responsibility for your customer relationships and will be held accountable for total account sales, margins and overall relationship status. Reviewing micro market analyses, you will determine customer needs, sales volume potential, and pricing schedules that will meet the company’s goals.

Qualifications

A highly reliable individual with enthusiasm, service orientation, and attention to detail is required, combined with excellent organization and communication skills. You will have these qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in business/commerce from a reputed university
  • At least 2 - 4 years of successful consultative sales experience involving promoting and selling systems or concepts that increase client sales and brand value
  • Experience managing and closing intricate sales with multiple decision-makers
  • Skills in negotiating pricing of complex offerings
  • Comfort creating sales and marketing materials and presenting in public
  • High motivation and intelligence with expert interpersonal and oral/written communication skills
  • Ability to operate independently and flexibly in a start-up environment which is both demanding and multicultural
  • Availability for domestic travel (up to 50%)
  • Exposure and basic understanding of mobile and computing technologies. Fluency in English and a major Indian language
  • Ability to work in Delhi with flexibility to move into other geographies is strongly preferred.

Marketing Manager, Cambridge, MA (U.S.)
Overview

As marketing manager, you will oversee global marketing strategy and initiatives for an award-winning company. We seek a creative individual who will display great initiative and independence, together with strong organizational, relationship building and interpersonal skills. The marketing manager will also be knowledgeable about global marketing trends and multimedia platforms in both developed and emerging markets, work well under pressure and able to manage several projects simultaneously. Additionally, the marketing manager will develop written materials, which include one-page brochures, case studies, award applications, and any other documents essential to Sproxil’s success.

Responsibilities
  • As a team player, work with the sales, marketing and strategy teams to budget, plan and execute cohesive global marketing initiatives
  • Manage brand reputation and messaging in multiple countries. Develop strategic social media and marketing plans that present clear goals for each market where Sproxil delivers services locally
  • Oversee the public relations team to increase Sproxil’s visibility globally through targeted campaigns, speaking opportunities, events and published pieces in strategic channels
  • Collaborate with the design team to create innovative advertisements and other marketing materials that speak to a variety of industries. Such materials will include single/multi-page brochures, case studies, and award applications
  • Oversee the company’s social media channels and email newsletters while simultaneously developing strategies to improve performance on each channel, which may include implementing A/B testing between campaigns
  • Analyze internal data, create metrics, develop conclusions and provide recommendations to colleagues on how to improve marketing and business development efforts. Provide customized advice to Sproxil’s clients on how to deepen consumer engagement via Sproxil’s solutions
  • Serve as strategic point of contact for marketing and business development across Sproxil’s subsidiaries globally
Qualifications

A highly reliable individual with enthusiasm, creativity, and keen attention to detail is required, combined with excellent verbal and visual communication skills. You will have these qualifications:

  • A BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field required
  • Past experience developing and executing successful market strategies, with preference given to candidates that have executed international campaigns
  • High motivation and intelligence, with strong English communication skills
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills to convey messages clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences, including English as a second language speakers
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Ability to operate independently and flexibly in a small company environment which is demanding, multicultural, highly-productive and collaborative, working with global colleagues across multiple time zones
  • Ability to work in Cambridge, MA without relocation or work visa assistance

Marketing and Development Intern, Cambridge, MA (U.S.)
Overview

In this full-time, paid position, the marketing and development intern will work jointly with the marketing and strategic partnerships teams to develop marketing content and grant materials. The intern will also be responsible for optimizing our grant application, award submission and marketing systems. As part of this role, the intern may also have the opportunity to contribute to our blog.

Responsibilities
  • Draft and edit content for marketing materials and grant applications
  • Identify potential conferences for Sproxil to attend and assist with abstract submissions
  • Create organizational systems to help identify, catalog, and apply for grant and award applications
  • Research potential grant and award opportunities
  • Input information into Sproxil’s CRM
  • Conduct background research and create briefs on potential partnership opportunities
Qualifications
